My programming is strategically created to help you get shape and curves in all the right places, not waste your time.
FLEX with Kassie Beth includes:
Structured strength training programs with new programming released every 12 weeks
Guided workouts with rest timers, video demos, and set/weight tracking
Home-friendly alternatives for every exercise (must at least have a range of dumbbells and an adjustable bench)
Built-in progressive overload with set/rep variations and progression cues from me to keep you from plateauing
Workouts averaging ~50-60 minutes, 4-5 days/week
Ability to customize your workout schedule
Low- to moderate-intensity cardio recommendations
Option to sync your steps and calorie/macro-tracking app (syncs with MFP, Cronometer, Apple Health, Garmin, Oura, and Fitbit)
