KBF provides online health, fitness, and nutrition coaching services, including but not limited to one-on-one coaching, group coaching, digital guides, and memberships.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

  • Payments are made in monthly installments unless an in-full option is provided.

  • All payments are final. No refunds are offered unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing for a specific program or product.

  • By purchasing, you agree to complete all required payments

4. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase or participate in any KBF program.

  • By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5. Health Disclaimer

  • KBF is not a licensed medical provider. All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • You should consult your physician before beginning any new fitness, nutrition, or health program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. KBF is not liable for injuries, health complications, or outcomes resulting from participation in any program.

KBF reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not completed, if you violate these Terms, or if your behavior disrupts the coaching environment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KBF is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our services or participation in programs.
