Eat. Build. Lose.

6 Week Sculpt (1).png
Nutrition phasing for fat loss and building lean, defined muscle

A free live masterclass for women who are tired of dieting without seeing real body change.

  • Why am I eating healthy and working out, but my body still doesn’t look lean or defined?

  • How much should I actually be eating to lose fat and build lean muscle?

  • Do I really need to be in a calorie deficit right now?

  • How long is a deficit supposed to last before it stops working?

  • When does eating more actually help with fat loss?

  • How do you get to a true “maintenance” phase without gaining weight?

  • Is there ever a time when a surplus is necessary — especially for women lifting weights?

I’ll be answering all of these questions (and more) in the
Eat. Build. Lose. Masterclass
happening Tuesday, January 13 at 12:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

Eating Less Works...Until It Doesn't

Most of us understand the scientific rule that weight loss happens when your body takes in fewer calories than it burns. That's not debatable. It just is.

But here’s the part most programs don't explain:

You can’t live in a calorie deficit and expect to build — or even maintain — the muscle needed for a lean, sculpted look.

Over time, chronic low-calorie intake can lead to:

  • Loss of lean muscle tissue

  • Slower metabolic output

  • Decreased training performance

  • A body that looks smaller, but not more defined

This is why so many women end up:

  • Stuck eating very little

  • Afraid to increase food

  • Frustrated that fat loss has stalled

  • Wondering why they still feel “soft” despite the effort

This masterclass breaks down the difference between weight loss and body recomposition — and why nutrition phasing matters if your goal is visible muscle definition and sustainable fat loss.

This masterclass will be helpful for you if:
  • You’ve been eating in a calorie deficit (or close to one) for a long time

  • You’re unsure whether your body needs less food — or something different

  • You lift weights, stay active, and eat fairly consistently, yet fat loss feels stalled

  • You’re confused about when to eat less, when to hold steady, and when eating more is necessary

  • You want fat loss and muscle definition — not just a lower number on the scale

This is not about cutting harder or being more disciplined.
It’s about understanding what your body actually needs next.

Meet Kassie:

I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and I help women stop spinning their wheels with dieting and finally change their body composition.

I specialize in:

  • Nutrition phasing (deficits, maintenance, and reverse dieting)

  • Progressive strength training

  • Helping women move from “soft and frustrated” to strong, lean, and confident — without chronic dieting

I’ve coached hundreds of women who thought fat loss had “stopped working” for them, only to realize they were stuck in the wrong phase for far too long.

This masterclass is the conversation I wish more women were having.

It's time for clarity and honesty.

One of my biggest missions and passions as a trainer is helping women cut through the noise.

And there is a LOT of noise around nutrition.

If you’re ready to actually understand:

  • What really makes fat loss easier

  • Whether you should actually be eating less or more right now

  • How fueling, muscle, and metabolism work together

  • And what it really takes to get lean and sculpted
